Send plans, specs and your bid date. We review the scope, ask the questions that matter and send a clear number.

Plan
We coordinate schedule, sequencing and site access with your superintendent or facility team and confirm materials before we start.

Install
Substrate first, then the install — to the spec, with a clean, organized jobsite.

Close Out
Walkthrough, punch list and care instructions, so the floor is handed over finished.

The German Way
Tile & Stone Works LLC is a Charlotte, NC tile, stone and epoxy flooring contractor. We work for general contractors, developers and property and facility managers — and for homeowners who want it done right. Charlotte is home base; we take on projects across the United States.
Paul Hilgenstock learned his trade the German way — through a structured apprenticeship that values mastery over shortcuts, precision over speed, and craftsmanship over convenience. He then spent years on commercial projects across the U.S. before founding Tile & Stone Works in 2025. You don't cut corners. You don't rush the process. You do it right, or you do it again.
The company is new — the experience and the standards behind it aren't.
